This work combines the symbolism of the Chinese dragon with traditional mortise and tenon construction to express the preservation of Chinese art and culture. I chose the famous mortise and tenon structure that was known as the strongest and most durable type of structure in ancient China. Fishing lines were chosen to connect all structures, expressing the subtle changes in eternal stillness through the instability it may cause.
